Already have a REScheck done on your new build? We can provide you with the required blower door test on your home. The code compliance option is $150.
Projected Rating & Consulting
Our most popular option
Start your project off on the right track and go the Projected Rating track. We will input your project into software and determine if it passes code. We can also determine the most cost effective way to build your project. We can help you choose the correct window, exterior wall thickness, and insulation to best suit your goals. This option provides documents for a permit, final inspection with blower door test, and tax credits if applicable. This option costs $450 but can save you thousands.
